Operations Lead

Responsibilities : Build and structure the franchise sales and ops pipeline in collaboration with the marketing team. Lead and manage the BDR/FBC team. Oversee franchise sales, onboarding, and growth. Work closely with the product team to shape our platform based on franchisee interviews and customer feedback. Track KPIs, improve operations, and drive execution across the company. Partner directly with the CEO on strategic initiatives. Requirements: 3+ years of startup experience. Highly proficient with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.). Strong client-facing and relationship management experience. Excellent organizational and execution skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Overbooked
