Warehouse Manager

Job Summary Are you a hands‑on leader with a proven track record of successfully managing the distribution warehouse of a production plant? We are looking for a manager to oversee and assist in the execution of daily processes related to the inbound and outbound flow of goods and e‑commerce. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative and confident problem solver who is able to lead a team. You will be responsible for all areas related to distribution; ensuring that finished goods arrive at our customer site locations as efficiently as possible while also being on time and in excellent condition. Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year Shift: First Work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM Education required: High School Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations, including 3PL and transit warehouse activities using the CargoWise platform. Manage and optimize cargo consolidation processes for international air and sea freight shipments to South America. Coordinate inbound and outbound freight forwarding activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international shipping standards. Supervise basic order fulfillment operations for 3PL customers, including inventory management and e‑commerce processes. Ensure proper inventory control, storage, and documentation for customer‑owned goods within the warehouse. Monitor and enforce warehouse safety, security, and operational protocols. Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure efficient flow of goods and information through the supply chain. Maintain accurate records and reporting through CargoWise for all warehousing and logistics transactions.
