- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in New York State
- Attorney in good standing
- Independent thinking and ambition
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Aggressive attitude to bring cases to a conclusion at top value
- Manage sizeable caseload
- Maintain strong client relationships
- Learn and stay updated on developments in personal injury law
- Legal research
- Draft pleadings and motions
- Ability to negotiate
- Prepare cases for Mediations/Arbitrations and Trials
- Conduct depositions, attend pretrial conferences and court hearings
