Job Overview
We are seeking a 1+ years experienced Associate Attorney to join the general practice team, supporting senior partners across personal injury, criminal defense, family law, commercial litigation, and eviction matters.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesCounsel clients and provide legal guidance across a diverse range of general practice matters.
Handle personal injury litigation, DWI/criminal defense, family/matrimonial law, commercial litigation, and eviction matters.
Draft pleadings, motions, legal documents, and other case-related materials.
Conduct legal research and prepare well-written legal documents and correspondence.
Make court appearances and represent clients in litigation and other legal proceedings.
1-3 years of general practice experience preferred.
Admission to the New York Bar required.
Relevant law clerk experience will be considered.
Strong legal research, writing, drafting, and client counseling skills.
Highly organized, entrepreneurial, and comfortable handling a diverse client base and varied caseload.
