Shift Manager

Zaxby\'s Shift Manager will assist the General Manager in achieving goals related to sales, costs, profits, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation. Responsibilities: Experience as a manager or shift leader for a minimum of one year Ensure excellent food quality and the highest level of customer service Assist in hiring and training an adequate staff of cooks and cashiers that meet or exceed our qualifications and ensure pay is fair and equitable Assist in minimizing the cost of goods sold and labor costs Payroll, cash, and sales reporting and the preparation of other reports to assist in the evaluation of store performance Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age Educational requirement of at least High School Diploma or GED At least one year of management experience Benefits: 50% off meal on shift, 25% offmeal off-shift (employee only) Flexible schedule Employee referral program Basic health insurance (for qualified full-time employees) 401K match (for qualified full-time employees) Fun work environment This position is for the Zaxby\'s at .
