Clayco is seeking a Senior Recruiting Coordinator to support recruiting efforts across AEC disciplines. You will partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and the Talent Management team to coordinate activities, engage candidates, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. You will own key parts of the process including sourcing, screenings, interview coordination, ATS maintenance, and offer support.
