Family Assistant- Ridgefield, CT

A family of five is seeking a hands-on, professional Live-Out Full-Time Personal Assistant/Household Manager to support their Ridgefield, CT home. The primary focus of the role is providing support for the family and their three children, ages 8 - 12. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys wearing many hats, takes initiative, and is comfortable jumping in wherever needed to keep the household and family running smoothly. Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate family appointments, schedules, and calendars

• Coordinate childrens activities, school commitments, and transportation

• Drive children to and from school, activities, appointments, and other engagements

• Run household and family errands

• Pack and organize for family trips

• Maintain spreadsheets, lists, and other organizational systems

• Assist with planning and execution of family events and gatherings

• Keep childrens clothing, school supplies, equipment, and other belongings organized and well stocked

• Anticipate the familys needs and proactively address tasks before they arise

• Assist with light pet care and be comfortable around dogs

• Help ensure the household operates efficiently and that day-to-day details are handled with care and attention

• Strong communication, organized, with excellent attention to detail

• Proactive, self-directed, and able to anticipate needs

• Positive, flexible, and service-oriented attitude

• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and shifting tasks throughout the day

• Enjoys working with children and is comfortable driving them to activities

• Valid drivers license and clean driving record

• Dog-friendly and comfortable providing light pet care

• Willing to pitch in and take on a wide range of household tasks

• Professional, discreet, and dependable

Salary: $40 - $50 per hour 

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:00am - 6:00pm
