Job Description

Fulcrum Consulting, an LRS company is seeking a Senior Project Manager with 10+ years of experience managing Enterprise initiatives around process improvement, cost take out, creating operational efficiencies and de-commissioning of obsolete systems with our client in Minneapolis, MN.

This position requires a strong foundational discipline in tenets of Project Management to include, Project Charter/Plan, risk/issue management, milestones/KPI's, budget, resourcing, change management, etc. Candidate must have depth in working across Project deliverable models as well as strong communication/facilitation skills at all levels of the organization. Looking for a resource that gets things done with limited oversight.

The base hourly range for this contract position is $70-$90 per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
