Overview Virginia RN license and Home Health Experience with OASIS required. Office based, full-time days. Compensation Annual Salary: $100,000-115,000. Quarterly Bonus Plan. Responsibilities Handles employment decisions for direct report staff, including hiring, firing, advancement, promotion, or change of status. Responsible for overall organization and financial management of the care center. Provides supervision to the clinical manager(s) who ensure the delivery of quality care to patients. Maintains the image of the care center in the community, as well as state and national organizations. Provides input, guidance, and feedback related to marketing activities and the care center marketing plan to ensure growth goals are met. Ensures adequate orientation of every team member assigned to their care center. Assigns and directs staff with appropriate skills to perform duties. Provides leadership planning for staff education programs, administrative staff meetings, and in-service training. Encourages continuous education and staff development for all team members. Sets positive, attainable expectations, objectives, and goals for the care center. Ensures implementation of a performance improvement program to drive quality care, positive patient outcomes, and address negative trends. Responsible for delivery of care for all patients served by the care centers by providing supervision and support to the clinical manager. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Associate's degree in business or a clinical‑related field. Two years of home care experience and at least one year of supervisory experience, or two years of leadership/management experience in healthcare, home health or hospice. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or a clinical‑related field with a current license. Home health experience. Current license to practice as an RN or other healthcare professional, specific to the state assigned to work.
