HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL DO

The essential duties and responsibilities of the Assistant Project Director are the following: Research and Development: Uses research to develop a full day of professional development for Georgia's Pre-K teachers. Uses extensive knowledge to confidently develop and deliver engaging presentations across all areas of learning, including Mathematics, Early Literacy, Social/Emotional Development, and Work Sampling to meet contract deliverables. This work is done both independently & collaboratively. Conduct Training: Independently travels to sites throughout Georgia 2-4 days/week to conduct training. Must have flexibility to accommodate changes in schedule. This includes preparing, setting up, and breaking down training materials and AV equipment. Create Materials: Creates hands‑on, developmentally appropriate materials and resources for training. Create supplemental training: Develop online courses, podcasts, and webinars to extend and supplement training. Collaborate: Collaborate with team members on special projects. Works closely with the Project Director to ensure all deliverables are completed in a timely manner. Other Duties: Performs other related duties as assigned. Qualifications : Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field and three years of related experience; or a combination of education and experience in related fields.
