This onsite, full-time contract role is ideal for experienced professionals ready to step into a position serving a dedicated elementary caseload. Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Active Colorado SLP license
• Prior experience in school-based settings, especially with elementary students, is highly preferred
• Familiarity with IEP processes, progress monitoring, and documentation standards
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
• Provide direct therapy sessions onsite to elementary-aged students
• Consult and collaborate with general education teachers, special education staff, and parents to support student progress
• Maintain detailed records and documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, offering insights and recommendations regarding student needs
• Provide education and resources to school staff and families as appropriate
