Quality Systems Lead

Quality Assurance Specialist

Rate: $70-$75 Location: Cleveland, Ohio (100% Remote) Duration: 6 months

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Quality Assurance (QA) systems, processes, and documentation.
• Track defects, test results, CAPA, and quality metrics.
• Support audits, compliance, and quality reporting activities.
• Coordinate with business and IT teams to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain QA records, user access, workflows, and system configurations.
• Assist in continuous improvement and process standardization initiatives.

• Quality Management Systems (QMS)
• Defect tracking and reporting
• Documentation and compliance
• Root cause analysis and CAPA
• Strong communication and coordination skills Experience with QA tools and Microsoft Office/Excel
