Operations Coordinator

Company Summary: Anistar Technologies (a Subsidiary of NSC) is a national infrastructure staffing company, dedicated to our client partners in networking, structured cabling, audio/visual, security, electrical, VoIP and more. This is an internal position. Position Summary: Anistar is growing! We are looking to bring on another administrative team member to our Dallas office to ensure the smooth operation of the branch and daily recruiting and business operations. They are the liaison between the field (sales & recruiting) and the back office (finance & risk). We are looking for a driven, organized customer service focused professional to join our team! Responsibilities: Process onboarding paperwork Communication with contractors First point of contact for troubleshooting any onboarding or payroll issues. Process Background and Drug Tests and required job trainings Communicate with clients and contractors regarding rate agreements, timecards & approvals Assist with timecard and billing adjustments as needed to ensure proper payout and invoicing Post job openings on various job boards Organize office operations and procedures Assist Sales, Recruiting, and Management teams daily Skills/Qualifications: High School Graduated required; Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred Eager and willing to learn Desire to grow within the company Strong Customer Service experience Knowledge of general office management systems and procedures Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Attention to detail and problem solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and planning skills Proficiency in MS Office At Anistar our company culture is strong!
