Operations Coordinator

Summary The Operations Coordinator supports the boutique's commercial success by maintaining operational excellence and compliance. This role manages day-to-day administrative, financial, inventory, and logistics processes while supporting a seamless client experience. Responsibilities Ensure boutique policies and procedures are followed, and coordinate opening and closing activities. Manage product shipments, transfers, receiving, handling, and inventory control. Monitor sales transactions and financial documentation, ensuring accurate and timely submission. Support audits, boutique supplies, care service processes, and implementation of operational action plans. Collaborate with management and client-facing teams to improve workflows and maintain boutique standards. Build brand knowledge and share operational best practices with regional peers. Requirements Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred; prior operations experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality is a plus. Excellent computer skills and MS Office experience required; SAP knowledge preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail. Ability to work retail hours, including weekends, and travel for training as needed.
