Job Description

Director of Business Development (Flemington, NJ) – Assess electrical engineering and construction viability of solar photovoltaic power plants (Solar power plant) using Renewable Energy Systems; Apply principles of electrical engineering and solar energy engineering; Assess the cost and value of solar energy projects to determine project viability for business development; Lead the design and development on the electrical design and project development of commercial and utility scale solar photovoltaic systems; Involve in power system modeling, electric power generation and distribution using AutoCAD, ETAP; Design medium and high voltage electrical circuits systems (medium voltage circuits); Perform system design calculations including short circuit, coordination studies, major electrical equipment selection and specification, construction project management, field engineering, permitting and interaction with regulatory agencies and utilities; Direct the development of solar project proposals and other project documents; Asses interconnection of solar and storage projects to help finalize scope with electrical utilities. Must have a Master’s Degree in Power and Energy Systems or Electrical Engineering plus 1 year experience in job offered. Require skills and knowledge in electric power generation and distribution, medium voltage circuits, AutoCAD, ETAP, Solar power plant, Renewable Energy Systems, Interconnection of Solar and Storage project.
