Customer Care Representative

Immediate need for a talented Customer Care Representative. This is a 12+ months contract opportunity with strong long-term potential is location in Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid). Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location). Key Responsibilities This will be an outbound call center position. Employees will be calling and emailing clients to give them updates on their orders. Employees will work from a set list of orders that are priority and work to contact and update the client as to the status of their order. Employees will utilize internal systems to track and notate their work and who they have updated. Key Requirements and Technology Experience Must have skills: Customer Care, Call center, inbound/outbound calls, Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Candidates must have customer service experience, call center experience preferred. Must be able to multi task and problem solve. Experience utilizing Microsoft Excel and Outlook are preferred.
