Client Operations Analyst - Non Exempt

Job Opportunity

Monitors and reports on client portfolio performance.

Maintains online tools and reporting platform.

Answers any inquiries from clients regarding the nature of investment products and their portfolios along with inquiries regarding managing portfolio risk and asset allocation.

Develops research analyses to understand industry trends.

Be part of a team that powers daily and monthly performance reporting for leading foundations, pensions, and endowments. This role is critical to delivering precise, on-time performance measurement results for our clients through strong collaboration with internal business partners. You'll contribute to high-impact outcomes and gain hands-on experience across our Operations platform.

Own daily and monthly deliverable updates in the Deliverable Tracker to ensure completeness and audit readiness.

Perform end-to-end processing for assigned clients, meeting SLA and quality standards.

Keep client documentation current, organized, and accessible.

Assess and resolve client inquiries; contribute to project tasks and process improvements.

Exceptional attention to detail; consistently meets accuracy and timeliness goals.

Strong analytical skills; comfortable interpreting financial/performance data.

Proficiency in Excel (lookups, pivot tables, formulas; ability to reconcile datasets).

Clear verbal and written communication; can summarize findings and document processes.

Proactive mindset; anticipates issues, follows through, and drives closure.

College degree.

Financial background.

SQL.

Knowledge of different investment types.

Duration: 12 month contract opportunity.

Hybrid Work Model: 4 days onsite required weekly in Downtown Pittsburgh office.

Rate Range: $20-25/hr. W2 (based on experience).
