Associate Vice President of Billing

Leading the Billing and Claims Edits department, the full-time Associate Vice President of Billing will oversee revenue cycle operations, manage team development, and optimize performance in a fully remote role within the DFW area. Key Responsibilities Strategically lead the CBO Billing and Patient Financial Experience teams, ensuring effective training and operational tools are in place Optimize hospital revenue cycle processes in collaboration with vendors and IT, focusing on improving cash flow and reducing claims edits Serve as a primary contact for financial officers, managing relationships and communication to enhance revenue cycle operations Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent with 7 years of experience in consolidated revenue cycle management, or an Associate's Degree with 5 years of experience 5 years of experience with EPIC Systems and multi-facility revenue cycle leadership in complex health systems 5 years of experience in revenue cycle and/or billing 5-10 EPIC Certifications in Billing, ITS, or Revenue Cycle preferred upon hire
