Ageless Health Institute is an Anti-Aging medical office and MedSpa located in North Phoenix that provides a variety of services for the purpose of improving health and beauty. Ageless Health Institute offers cutting-edge therapies in anti-aging medicine, including bio-identical hormone replacement therapy, medical weight loss, sports medicine, Facials, Peels, Botox, Dermal Fillers, PRP, skin resurfacing/Micro-needling, Hair restoration, Laser treatments and much more. Our highly qualified staff includes a Board Certified Medical Doctor, Licensed Aestheticians, Registered Nurses, a Nurse Practitioner, and other friendly, helpful staff who are familiar with state of the art, affordable, anti-aging treatments.

Ageless Health Institute is looking for a skilled and organized front desk associate to join our team. The candidate will perform a combination of administrative and clinical tasks, and be a key part of our overall client delivery team. As the first point of contact for most clients, the candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining an environment where all clients feel welcomed, valued, and supported.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Greeting clients professionally both in person and on the phone
• Quickly answering or properly referring questions and issues
• Ensure client satisfaction with efficient scheduling
• Updating practice management software with appropriate client notes and client documentation
• Verifying financial records and collecting patient charges with the practice management software
• Checking-out clients and ensuring billing accuracy
• Digitally scan patient files and upload them accurately into our EMR system

• Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic
• Maintains a professional demeanor in a clinical setting
• No prior medical experience requiredtraining provided

• Professional phone etiquette
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to change
• Experience with Zenoti a plus
• You're a team player!

Additional Information:

• Flexible work schedule depending on clinic needs
• Part-time position, M,W,F approx 1p-5p

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer proficiency (scanning, digital file management, data entry)
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods
• Commitment to privacy and professionalism
