Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly.
• Manage scheduling and appointments accurately using calendar software.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and reception area.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person promptly and effectively.
• Coordinate mail and package delivery and distribution.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.
• Support other departments with various clerical tasks as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a front desk associate, receptionist, or similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
• Ability to remain composed and professional under pressure.
