Job Title: CNC Operator City and State: Cary, IL Pay Rate: $20.00 - $30.00/hour + 15% shift differential (2nd shift) + $1,000 Sign-On Bonus + $500 Referral Opportunities Schedule/Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM – 2:00 AM Employment Type: Full-Time / Direct Hire Summary We are seeking CNC Operators to prepare, set up, and operate machinery to fabricate highly precision‑machined parts. This position requires working with close tolerance equipment, verifying part accuracy, and ensuring proper documentation and quality standards are met.
