Managing a geographic underwriting operation, the full-time Workers Comp Underwriting Supervisor will supervise underwriting staff, drive profitable growth, and strengthen agency relationships while working in a hybrid environment based in West Bend or Madison. Key responsibilities Accountable for the management of underwriting staff, including Supervisors, Underwriters, and Assistant Underwriters Foster agency relationships in the assigned territory through in-person travel Oversee the acceptance, declination, and pricing of risks while mentoring Underwriters on complex decisions Required qualifications At least 8 years of experience in the property and casualty insurance industry, including 3 years in a leadership role Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field CPCU designation is preferred Strong analytical and organizational skills Valid driver's license
