OEM Assembler

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
Overtime: Regular overtime currently available
Location: Manufacturing/Warehouse Environment

Position Summary

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented OEM Assemblers to support production operations on a fast-paced assembly line. This role involves assembling hydraulic hose products, maintaining quality standards, supporting production goals, and ensuring a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform light assembly and production line activities
• Follow assembly procedures, work instructions, and quality standards
• Read and interpret kit sheets, part numbers, and production paperwork
• Use measuring tools accurately and consistently
• Assist in hose cutting, marking, cleaning, fitting, crimping, labeling, kitting, and packaging operations
• Maintain production schedules and meet daily output goals
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and inspections
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following 6S principles
• Support other production processes as needed
• Follow all safety policies and PPE requirements

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or production experience preferred
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification
• Experience with hydraulic hose assembly is a plus
• Strong teamwork, reliability, and attendance record

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Frequent walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment that is not climate controlled
