1st Shift: 5:00 AM–3:30 PM or 5:30 AM–4:00 PM

We are hiring Production Line Assemblers to support forklift manufacturing operations. This is a hands-on position working directly on the production line to assemble forklift components while following safety, quality, and production standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble forklift components and subassemblies on the production line.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and torque wrenches.
• Follow assembly instructions, blueprints, diagrams, and work procedures.
• Inspect completed work and report defects or quality issues.
• Safely handle and move materials weighing approximately 50–80 lbs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Move between production stations as needed and work as part of a team.
• Meet established production, quality, and attendance expectations.

Requirements:

• Manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred but not required .
• Ability to use or learn hand and power tools.
• Ability to follow written instructions and basic diagrams.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift and handle materials up to 50–80 lbs.

Schedule & Requirements:

• First-shift opportunities; final schedule assigned after initial training.
• First-day safety training: 7:00 AM–2:00 PM .
• Expect approximately 4–5 days per week , with overtime based on production needs.
• Required PPE: steel-toe boots, long-sleeved shirt, and long pants .
• Pre-employment: background check, 10-panel urine drug screen, and Concentra fit test .
