Overview A day in the life: Actively involved in the full recruitment cycle from initiating hire requisitions through employment offers and onboarding. Ensures all positions are filled in alignment with company culture, and in a timely manner. The Recruiter will handle open requisitions with various levels of technical and/or labor market complexity. This will be a temporary position for roughly 6 months. Responsibilities Follow the company recruitment processes complying with local, state, and federal employment laws. Utilize sourcing and recruiting strategies to ensure the company attracts and selects the best candidates considering skills, experiences and cultural fit for the position. Conduct intake sessions with hiring managers to qualify position requirements including qualifications, experience, location and or travel frequency, compensation expectations, etc. What You’ll Need Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field; or equivalent combinations of experience and education. Two years HR sourcing and full cycle recruitment experience. Previous experience utilizing an application tracking system (ATS). What Sets You Apart Previous Sourcing experience. $30.02 - $43.53; Individual compensation to be determined based on the applicant's applicable experience and qualifications balanced against internal equity.
