Role Description The Restaurant Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in New Orleans, LA, responsible for overseeing daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations. This role includes managing staff schedules, supervising service quality, and ensuring food and beverage standards are consistently met. The Restaurant Manager will handle guest concerns, monitor customer satisfaction, and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Day-to-day tasks include supporting hiring and onboarding, training team members, managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and monitoring revenue and costs. The Manager will also help implement operational improvements, uphold health and safety regulations, and work closely with ownership to achieve performance and service goals. Qualifications Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to resolve issues and build guest loyalty. Experience with Hiring and team management, including training, scheduling, and performance feedback. Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with guests, team members, and vendors. Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including menu execution, quality control, and basic inventory management. Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor in a hospitality or food service setting. Understanding of health, safety, and sanitation standards and the ability to enforce compliance. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
