Upscale Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of management experience in a scratch cooking upscale casual restaurant.
  • Proven high-volume experience of at least $6M in annual sales.
  • Strong understanding of quality standards and commitment to upholding them.
  • Hands-on leadership mentality.

Upscale Restaurant Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Continuously train and coach staff, providing support and constructive feedback.
  • Ensure the highest level of service to our guests.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
  • Manage staff scheduling to optimize service and efficiency.
