Philadelphia, PA | Hybrid

A growing Philadelphia litigation firm is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate to join its team. Great opportunity for an attorney looking for meaningful litigation experience, direct client contact, and long-term growth.

Responsibilities

• Handle labor & employment litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery
• Handle depositions, hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations
• Represent clients before agencies including the EEOC and PHRC
• Provide employment counseling and case evaluations

Requirements

• PA Bar + NJ or NY Bar required
• 1–5 years of Labor & Employment experience
• Strong legal writing and litigation skills
• Insurance defense experience a plus
• 3 days/week onsite; days may vary based on workload
