Lima facility Hiring Warehouse and Manufacturing Loaders and Unloaders to join their growing team!


This 2nd shift career opportunity offers a 2:50 am - 11:00pm schedule. Paying $17.75.

Monday-Friday schedule. *The pre-shift meeting starts promptly at 2:50 pm, and all employees must be present for the daily pre-shift meeting.


Job duties:
It could be lifting to 25 pounds consistently throughout the day as the maximum weight. Loading a wide variety of parts on a monorail moving 17' per minute. These parts can consist of casting weighing on average of 15-25lbs. Sheet metal, which is on a lighter scale. Anything over 50 lbs. you will use a lift assist. The unloaders are to inspect parts for any type of defects, like blisters/ light coated / no coats.
WILL TRAIN!! Employees must be able to stand for 8 hours and lift to 25lbs.


Additional info:
• Service-oriented facility. We do not make parts; we apply protective coatings.
• The environment is NOT temperature-controlled. Dress for the weather.

Overtime:
• 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday. Weekends are offered if the customer needs, but the volunteer list is taken weekly. Overtime may be available based on the customer's needs and production needs. We ask that you be flexible.
