HVAC Service Technician – Mission Critical Operations

Location: Mechanicsburg, PA

What You'll Do

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair complex HVAC systems, including:

• Chillers (300+ tons)

• Boilers

• CRAC/CRAH units

• Air handling systems

• Service and repair pumps, valves, piping, and other mechanical equipment.

• Diagnose and resolve issues within hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

• Monitor facility performance through industry-leading Building Management Systems (BMS), including Niagara Tridium, Siemens, and Johnson Controls.

• Read and interpret mechanical, plumbing, and electrical schematics.

• Complete maintenance documentation and work orders using CMMS software.

What We're Looking For

• Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience.

• Knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and preventive maintenance.

• Experience in critical environments such as:

• Data Centers

• Hospitals

• Manufacturing Facilities

• Other Mission-Critical Operations

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.

• EPA 608 Universal Certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days).

• Ability to pass the NITC Journey Level HVAC Exam within the first year.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $108160.00 - $110240.00/yr.
