Gurnick Academy is a leading Bay Area private healthcare college offering an extensive variety of Nursing, Allied healthcare, and Imaging programs.We are currently seeking an Admissions Coordinator for our Sacramento, CA Campus. The coordinator will aid in reviewing and confirming the applicant requirements and background information provided. In addition to supporting admissions activities, the admissions coordinator will also be expected to complete other filing and administrative tasks assigned by the campus. The Admissions Coordinator will ultimately need to know each program at their campus to best support the campus in answering potential student questions.Essential Job DutiesSet appointments and tours with prospective students and lead tours when requested by the managerFollow up with students and set the expectations of documentation requiredCollect and upload all student enrollment-related documentationRun document report in CRM to establish missing documents and communicate what is needed to the Admissions AdvisorOngoing outreach to prospective students to attempt the collection of any missing documentation and remind them of deadlinesRun financial reports every morning, afternoon, and evening to report to the Admissions Advisor who has made registration fee paymentsVerify all documents are in the student files and actively update the program ranking spreadsheetAssist AA with all interview documentation for student interviewsAssist in student folder audits to ensure accuracyParticipate in community functions and career days as requestedParticipate in campus graduation ceremonies (see graduation procedure)Assigned duties as required by their direct managerRequirementsAssociate degree preferredOrganizational knowledge of educational institutionsAdmissions experience or support preferredMarketing experience is preferredGurnick Academy of Medical Arts is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate against applicants on the basis of race, color, religion, age, sex, marital status, national origin, disability, veteran status, or other characteristics protected by any applicable law. #J-18808-Ljbffr
