Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, tailoring approaches to meet distinct client needs.

• Engage in ongoing progress monitoring and therapeutic adjustments while documenting all clinical interactions in compliance with state regulations.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and coordinate referrals to additional health and support services when necessary.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other relevant modalities suited to clients' struggles.

• Participate in regular team meetings and supervision sessions to discuss cases, enhance clinical skills, and foster professional development.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

St. Elizabeth Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range between $80,000 and $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
