Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Assignment Details:

• Short-term coverage, anticipated duration from August 12, 2026 through October 2, 2026
• Full-time schedule at 37.5 hours per week

Desired Qualifications:

• Current licensure or registration as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
• Bilingual proficiency required to support diverse student populations
• Experience in a school setting strongly preferred
• Ability to implement therapy plans developed by an SLP with professionalism and care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with staff, students, and families
• Organizational skills to efficiently manage caseload documentation and scheduling

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
• Follow and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and therapy protocols with fidelity
• Collect and maintain accurate data on student progress
• Adapt therapeutic activities to meet varied student needs
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with educators and caregivers to support student goals
• Provide bilingual support as needed for effective communication with students and families
