Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into an exciting opportunity supporting students’ communication and academic growth as a two-day-a-week Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming school year. In this contract role, you’ll provide dedicated care and impactful therapy for students, working approximately 15 hours per week from August 3rd, 2026, through May 28th, 2027.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Active state licensure as required for Texas schools
• Previous experience within a school setting preferred
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaborative skills
• Dedication to fostering positive outcomes for diverse student populations

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
• Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals and therapy plans
• Deliver engaging speech therapy sessions, both individually and in groups
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records, track progress, and prepare required documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
