We don’t mow and we don’t dig—it's professional, science‑based lawn care: applying precise treatments to fertilize, control weeds, fight pests, seed, aerate, and more. If you love being largely self‑directed, working outdoors, and delivering top‑notch service, this could be your perfect fit. What You'll Do: Travel to residential and commercial customer properties in a company‑provided, fully equipped vehicle Apply the correct amounts of fertilizer, herbicides, seeding, aeration, and pest control treatments (mosquitoes, grubs, moles, etc.) with precision and care Diagnose basic lawn issues and provide friendly, knowledgeable recommendations to our customers Achieve modest add‑on sales goals by spotting opportunities and offering value‑added services Maintain accurate service records and follow safety/environmental protocols Deliver exceptional customer service—aiming for 4.8+ star Google reviews through professionalism, listening and recommending solutions Keep your personal appearance, uniform, and service vehicle spotless and professional at all times (we provide uniforms!) Maintain or obtain Missouri pesticide applicator and service technician licenses (we support training and renewal) What We’re Looking For: Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (required) Ability to lift 50+ lbs, bend, stoop, and work outdoors in varying weather Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Positive attitude and great communication skills—customers love our techs! Previous lawn care, landscaping, agriculture, or pest control experience is a big plus (but not required—we provide comprehensive paid training!)
