ABOUT THIS HYBRID ROLE Work Schedule & Location This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of Carmichael, CA. Typical schedule will be Monday-Friday 9:00 am- 5:00 pm. Your Typical Day As a Customer Service Representative, your day starts by scheduling and coordinating incoming service calls, ensuring each technician is assigned based on skill set and location. You keep the dispatch board updated and forecast workloads to prepare for the days ahead. Throughout the day, you're in constant communication-dispatching technicians, answering customer inquiries, and following up on pending work. You also manage maintenance agreements, update customer records, and handle purchase orders as needed. When not actively handling dispatch, you might assist with billing, payroll, emails, or permits to keep everything running smoothly. The Minimum Requirements to Be Considered High school diploma or equivalent 1+ years of dispatching or customer service experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with computers and scheduling systems Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Reliable, customer-focused, and able to work independently Preferred Qualifications Experience in the plumbing industry Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ServiceTitan Team-oriented with strong decision-making skills under pressure Candidates must successfully pass a background check, and we also conduct pre-employment drug testing.
