This is a role for someone with a Sales and Customer service experience background who understands hard work, how to deliver and train others to provide top customer service and ensure a great environment for the dogs in our care. This person should love dogs - and, upon successful completion of training, you can even bring YOUR dog to work with you! Responsibilities Drive multiple lead generation efforts to gain commitment from pet parents to enroll their dogs in daycare. Fully understand the daycare and boarding model as well as effectively explain the benefits of our services to increase the # of dogs at daycare. Clearly communicate the value of Dogtopia, our pricing and our competitive advantage, as well as demonstrate confident objection handling. Execute and manage the brand advocate strategy so that Dogtopia pet parents refer you and Dogtopia to friends and family. Drive customer and revenue success outcomes by partnering with Marketing and Operations teams to increase leads, lead conversion, address barriers to entry, drive retention, and increase visit frequency. Engage with pet parents throughout the process including their face-to-face interaction at the store with their dog through a closed sale. Ensure frequency and retention of customers through effective customer management strategies. Manage the communications between prospective leads and the Center. Leads by example to enable a positive team-oriented culture. Qualifications At least 1 to 3 years of experience in a sales role. At least 1 to 3 years of experience providing customer facing service.
