Remote Product Support Specialist: Zendesk & UX Insights

Illinois Legal Aid Online

Illinois Legal Aid Online is seeking a Product Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for users of our software, resolve issues, and escalate critical problems. You will own Zendesk configurations, help center content, and support website CMS tasks.

You will work 60% in user feedback management, 30% in product support, 10% in other activities, collaborating with the UI/UX QA Manager and User Research to recruit participants and inform improvements.
