Requirements Entry‑level experience with a passion for IT and technology Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal English A strong desire to learn new skills, systems, and technologies Robust problem‑solving abilities with an analytical mindset Ability to adapt quickly to changing tasks and business needs Familiarity with Windows‑based network environments and protocols Solid understanding of PC hardware, software, and desktop systems Experience with break/fix tasks, installations, and software upgrades Knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, Office365, and iOS is a plus (not required) Comfortable in a role that involves frequent client interaction and outstanding service **This is not a remote position and you will be required to commute to Willow Grove each day. #J-18808-Ljbffr
