Work Environment

Our rehabilitation facility is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and a wide range of therapeutic equipment designed to support a comprehensive rehabilitation experience. Working alongside a collaborative team of healthcare professionals, you will have access to the latest advancements in orthopedic physical therapy. Our work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life integration while focusing on patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions to identify their specific needs and mobility challenges.
• Develop individualized care plans that incorporate evidence-based practices tailored to each patient's rehabilitation goals.
• Provide hands-on treatment to 1-2 patients per hour, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and neuromuscular re-education.
• Continuously monitor and track patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary to achieve optimal recovery outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and assist in ensuring a smooth workflow within the clinic.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss patient cases and collaborative treatment approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population primarily consists of individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain management. You will work closely with a diverse array of patients, ranging from athletes looking to return to sport to older adults seeking to regain their independence. Your expertise in orthopedic rehabilitation will directly impact the quality of life for these individuals.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, with a strong preference for those holding advanced degrees (such as a Master's or Doctor of Physical Therapy).
• A valid license to practice physical therapy in the state of Florida.
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on clinical experience in a rehabilitation or outpatient setting, specifically in orthopedics.

Preferred Experience

• Experience utilizing advanced therapeutic modalities and technologies, such as ultrasound or electrical stimulation, in patient interventions.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to enhance clinical documentation and patient management.
• Participation in continuing education courses focused on orthopedic therapy and rehabilitation techniques.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 90,000 – 100,000 annually, based on your education and experience. In addition to your salary, you will receive a full benefits package that includes:
