With dedicated working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, our team enjoys a balanced work-life dynamic, conducive for both personal and professional fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapist, you will take on various critical tasks, including:

• Assessing and treating 1 to 2 patients per hour using evidence-based methodologies.
• Developing and delivering individualized care plans that cater to the specific goals and needs of each patient.
• Implementing manual therapy techniques and utilizing equipment-based interventions to maximize patient recovery.
• Monitoring and adjusting treatment plans based on measurable patient progress, ensuring optimal outcomes.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of treatment outcomes, following all clinical procedures and protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse patient population with various orthopedic conditions, including post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (Master's or DPT preferred).
• An active and unrestricted physical therapy license to practice in Florida.

Preferred Experience

We prefer candidates who have two or more years of clinical experience in an orthopedic setting. Familiarity with electronic health records and treatment software will be advantageous, enabling seamless patient management and documentation.
