Health Navigator for Children & Families - NYC
AmeriCorps & Senior Corps
AmeriCorps & Senior Corps is partnering with Ronald McDonald House New York to recruit Patient Navigators in New York City. This full-time or half-time role focuses on helping families eligible for Medicaid through screenings and referrals to essential services. Members will also gain experience in population health and provide vital coordination in care. The program offers a living allowance, education award, and training opportunities.
