Consistently exceed sales goals in a high-performance environment. Description As a Sales Account Manager, You Will Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities. Present AV solutions to senior executives and C-suite decision-makers. Conduct on-site assessments and deliver custom proposals. Partner with engineers, estimators, and support teams to build winning bids. Manage your accounts and provide exceptional customer service. Consistently exceed sales goals in a high-performance environment. Preferred Experience Prior sales experience in audiovisual (AV), IT, security, or B2B technology solutions. Familiarity with clients in education, corporate offices, government, or healthcare sectors. Compensation On-Target Earnings (OTE): $75,000 - $400,000+ per year Includes base salary, commissions, bonuses, and performance incentives. No caps. No limits. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills. Confidence in a performance-based role with uncapped earning potential. Strong organizational and CRM (Salesforce/Hubspot), MS Office, and LinkedIn skills. A passion for learning, technology, and customer success.
