ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2001 and currently lead a close-knit team of three. My State Farm career began before agency ownership, with experience in both auto and health claims as well as training around life insurance products. Working closely with agents helped me realize how much I had to offer in an agency setting. I was drawn to the opportunity to educate customers, help them understand their coverage options, and connect them with policies that fit their needs.

I’m a proud Texas Tech graduate and remain active with my sorority, including participating in volunteer opportunities through the organization. Outside of work, family is incredibly important to me. I have two children who are currently in college, along with a dog who is part of the family too.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Bridgette Emanuel - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
