Director of Accounts Payable

Leading the Accounts Payable services across the organization, the full-time salaried Director of Global Accounts Payable will manage team performance, optimize processes for cash flow management, and ensure compliance while working virtually in the United States. Key responsibilities Supervise and train the Accounts Payable team, focusing on development and achieving production goals Lead continuous improvement initiatives in Accounts Payable processes, emphasizing automation and cost reduction Oversee compliance with financial controls, audit requirements, and vendor management across regions Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field Extensive finance and accounting experience with knowledge of audit/internal controls Proven leadership and talent development skills to build a high-performing team Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Management experience is required
