Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate the mental health needs of clients, identifying suitable treatment options tailored to their individual circumstances. Design customized therapy plans that address specific issues, ambitions, and family dynamics, focusing on enhancing communication and resolving conflicts. Lead both individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices that foster understanding, empathy, and support among participants. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure an integrated approach to client care and facilitate a comprehensive support system. Educate clients and their families about mental health, providing resources and guidance to navigate challenges effectively. Maintain accurate and confidential client records, adhering to all regulatory and ethical requirements while ensuring client privacy. Patient Population / Client Focus You will primarily work with diverse individuals and families facing various challenges, such as relationship disputes, communication difficulties, and emotional distress. Our clients come from varied backgrounds, and your role will be crucial in addressing their unique needs and circumstances, fostering resilience, and empowering them on their journey to well-being. Qualifications Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to establish a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients. Strong empathy and a nonjudgmental approach toward understanding clients' experiences and struggles. Outstanding organizational and time-management skills to effectively handle multiple responsibilities and ensure optimal client care. Preferred Experience Experience working with diverse populations and addressing complex family dynamics. Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms and digital tools for therapy delivery. Familiarity with evidence-based practices related to marriage and family therapy. Compensation and Benefits Annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and certifications.
