Travel: Required 30% Hybrid Role Salary Range: $60-70k POSITION OVERVIEW: We are seeking a skilled and proactive Recruiter to support our growing portfolio of Hotel and Motels. The Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Coordinator will focus on filling hospitality and onsite management positions, including maintenance and housekeeping, and will help ensure that Anchor Hospitality attracts and hires qualified, reliable, and service-driven professionals. This role partners closely with General and Site leadership teams to understand staffing needs, manages full-cycle recruiting, and helps maintain a strong onsite workforce presence. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage full-cycle recruiting for onsite hospitality roles, including Housekeeping, Night Audit, Service Technicians, and General Managers. Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to define hiring needs, timelines, and ideal candidate profiles. Develop and post job listings across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn and Indeed, to attract qualified candidates. Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and company values. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Partner with HR to ensure all pre-employment screening and onboarding processes are completed accurately and on time. Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, introducing new hires to company policies and culture to ensure they feel engaged from day one. Gather new-hire feedback throughout the onboarding period to continuously refine the process and reduce early-tenure turnover. Maintain clear, timely communication with hiring managers regarding recruiting progress and candidate pipelines. Travel to assigned communities as needed to support job fairs, interviews, or onsite onboarding. Track recruiting metrics and provide regular status updates to leadership. Train and coach leadership on effective interviewing techniques to ensure candidates are evaluated thoroughly and consistently. QUALIFICATIONS: 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in multifamily housing or hospitality. Bilingual in Spanish and English required. Proven success in high-volume recruiting or multi-location support. Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously. Comfortable with flexible scheduling to meet business needs. Proficiency with ATS systems and professional networking tools, such as LinkedIn and Paycom. Experience recruiting for hospitality roles such as maintenance, housekeeping, night audit and front desk. Working knowledge of fair housing laws and general employment compliance. Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset.
