Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to determine the needs and challenges faced by students.

• Developing personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices tailored to individual cases.

• Implementing a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), aimed at fostering resilience and emotional regulation in young clients.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation that adheres to HIPAA regulations and best practices, ensuring the confidentiality of all patient information.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and education.
