DESCRIPTION:Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices The Preferred Realty seeks an Assistant Real Estate Office Manager to support daily operational, administrative, and compliance workflows for its Pennsylvania brokerage.Working closely with the Managing Broker, you will help ensure seamless office operations, provide high-touch administrative support to real estate agents, and assist with financial and marketing logistics.Candidates must possess an active Pennsylvania real estate license, strong organizational skills, familiarity with real estate contracts and MLS systems, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
