• Implement safety protocols in compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Maintain accurate production records and report on operational metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the shop environment.

• Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Shop Foreman or similar leadership role in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of machining, fabrication or assembly processes and equipment.
• Excellent management and team leadership skills.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards.
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with teams and vendors.'
